  • Explain the arguments for and against ratification of the Constitution.

Day in Review:

Students began class with a brief activity on unit vocabulary. Afterwards students completed a brief slavery reading activity. Following the slavery reading, students were given copies of excerpts of the Federalist and Anti-Federalist papers, as well as guided reading questions. Afterwards the class discussed the ideas debated in these two primary sources. Student then were given a brief worksheet to complete as homework.
