Day in Review:

Today we wrapped up our investigation on law in early Mesopotamia.  Having looked at Hammurabi’s Code students completed a reflection worksheet.  Once completed students wrote a mini-essay discussing the the difference between justice and revenge.


Assignments and Resources:

Using the reflection worksheet students will compose a mini-essay of at least three paragraphs.  Students will discuss the difference between justice and revenge.  Then using evidence from Hammurabi’s code they will identify if the code is an example of justice of if it is an example of revenge.
